Our families have vacationed in Nags Head since we were children. As we grew up and had our own families, we continued to vacation with our siblings, nieces, nephews, parents, aunts, uncles, and close family friends. We continue the tradition of being together and creating special memories at the Outer Banks -- in this very home we call Sea Breeze Cottage! Sea Breeze was named by our then-75-year-old uncle Bobby, one evening, as we enjoyed the sea breeze, relaxing, watching the colorful evening sky fade into a sparkling starry night… How have we come to share Sea Breeze with you? While on vacation with our uncle, we decided to look into buying a family cottage to rent and give other families the opportunity to create the kind of memories we have of Outer Banks vacations. Deciding to look at just one more cottage on our house-hunting day, we knew, almost when we pulled up, that this cottage was what we were looking for all along! The cottage was (is) close to the beach, and the access was just across the beach road, a 2-minute walk to the water! The backyard had a pond with lots of turtles -- they wanted us to feed them! As a bonus, we noted the backyard backed up to the National Seashore Park! The cottage needed some TLC, but we could see the potential to create a family cottage, that we could share with you and your family, so you can create vacation memories that last a lifetime.
