After 40 years of marriage, travel and adventure together, Laura and I are so happy to be in the position to find a couple of beautiful locations in the quaint town of Dunsmuir, CA, to offer as vacation stays to ALL. Both our locations are waterfront properties on the beautiful Upper Sacramento River. Both offer a multitude of activities within minutes - from fishing to hiking to boating on nearby lakes, to snow skiing in the winter, or just sitting by the river and enjoying nature. Both are private, immaculately maintained and landscaped.
Our goal with these properties is to offer you a true home away from home. We do not consider ourselves to be in the "hotel," or, "motel" business. Instead we welcome you into our private home and the community of Dunsmuir as personal guests of our family. We ask that you please respect our home as you enjoy your stay. In exchange, we will do everything we can to make sure you are as comfortable as we would make any of our family and friends!
