Xoximilco is a park designed after the original Xochimilco in Mexico City. Xochimilco is part of the ancient area of Mexico City where there are canals. This area became a park like area where families and friends rent out boasts called trajinera and enjoy time going down the canals.

We have been owners of our condo for 24 years.  Playa was just a sleepy little fishing village at that time.  My how things have changed. We have all the modern conveniences that you could possibly desire and still enjoy the natural beauty of Playa del Carmen.  Our condo is a one of a kind, oversized, corner unit within 50 feet of the beach.  You will really enjoy the view from our balcony.  We hope that you enjoy this little piece of paradise as much as we do.
