Drive through here and make the first right.  This will take you to the guard gate.  Tell the guard that you are staying at Xaman ha.  

Drive a short distance and take the first (and only) left.  Drive to the T road ahead which is named Bahia del Espiritu Santo.  You will see the main entrance to Xaman ha straight ahead. Do not park here.  

Turn right onto Bahia del Espiritu Santo and drive to the last building on the left.  You will the see the ocean straight ahead.There are assigned parking spots. But, people don't always pay attention to the markings on the parking places.  If it's taken, just pull into another spot.  

After parking your car, enter the doorway. Follow the signs to get to the correct condo.

We are located in Fase 1 of Playacar.  We are just a few blocks from downtown Playa del Carmen in a gated community.

We have been owners of our condo for 24 years.  Playa was just a sleepy little fishing village at that time.  My how things have changed. We have all the modern conveniences that you could possibly desire and still enjoy the natural beauty of Playa del Carmen.  Our condo is a one of a kind, oversized, corner unit within 50 feet of the beach.  You will really enjoy the view from our balcony.  We hope that you enjoy this little piece of paradise as much as we do.
