Driving to Caribbean Beachfront Condo

We are located in Fase 1 of Playacar. We are just a few blocks from downtown Playa del Carmen in a gated community.

1. Head south from the airport on the main highway 307. It will take about 40 minutes.
2. Take the Juarez exit from the highway and turn left at the traffic light.
3. Take Juarez to 15th Avenue.
4. Turn right onto 15th Avenue. This is a one way street (as are many of the streets in Playa)
5. Take 15th Avenue to a T in the road and make a left hand turn (It's Aviation Avenue but I'm not sure it's marked).
6. It's a quick drive to the next T,which is 10th Avenue
7. Turn left onto 10th Avenue; another one way street. Take care here, there is a lot of commerce in this area with pedestrians and taxis.
8. Take the first right hand turn which is the entrance to Fase 1, Playacar. It looks like the photo at the top of the page.

Drive through here and make the first right. This will take you to the guard gate. Tell the guard that you are staying at Xaman ha.

Drive a short distance and take the first (and only) left. Drive to the T road ahead which is named Bahia del Espiritu Santo. You will see the main entrance to Xaman ha straight ahead. Do not park here.

Turn right onto Bahia del Espiritu Santo and drive to the last building on the left. You will the see the ocean straight ahead. Our assigned parking spot is right in front of the entrance door. But, people don't always pay attention to the markings on the parking places. If it's taken, just pull into another spot.

After parking your car, enter the doorway and climb the short stairway up. Turn right and go to the end of the hall. You have found our entrance .
