Hi there! My name is Stephanie. My husband and I own a few rental properties in the Phoenix area. We are new to the short term rental business and are excited to embark in hosting! We are both full time Social Workers and parents to our beautiful baby girl! We live near our properties and can be there in a jiff to help, should anything arise.
