We bought our house in Greenbrier, TN, when my work brought us back to Tennessee in 2014. We love our wonderful small community and being so close to Nashville. I travel throughout the week all over the US as I work in cancer research. Being that my company covers my frequent Hilton and Marriott wasn't until we took our daughter to Notre Dame's basketball camp, that I tried Airbnb for the first time. I had an "aha" moment after meeting the lovely hosts...and thought "why couldn't I do a vacation rental in my space?". Fast forward a month, and I converted my already nice office space into a comfy apartment. I take pride in how we decorated down to each detail in efforts to ensure we have all of the amenities (and more) that someone would expect from a 5-star hotel.

We quickly achieved superhost status on Airbnb's platform along with 5-star reviews on HomeAway and other posted vacation rental sites. However, we recognized the impact that their excessive extra use fees are causing on both the host and traveler. In turn, we have decided to join the Houfy venture to offer our guest house rental with no additional booking charges. We welcome the opportunity to share our little slice of heaven with you!
