Entering the door there is an entrance with mirrors leading to the two bedrooms, the bathroom and a hallway leading to the small American style kitchen and the comfortable living room. The apartment is full of light because every room has a big door window overlooking the terrace, and silent due to the double glazing. The nice village of El Médano has a balance among local people and tourists, a bohemian atmosphere with street artists coming from many countries of the world. A scent of Spain influenced by the ancient aboriginal Guanche culture. The Municipality also offers fiestas and free shows with international and local music, it has also a House of Culture offering activities and free conferences. It is nested between two Protected Areas (Montaña Roja and Montaña Pelada) where it is not allowed to built. You may have beautiful trekking with ocean view among the sand dunes ( Médano means “sand dune”) and the ravines. Very interesting traditional and international cuisine with fresh local fish. In the main square every Wednesday there is local farmer’s market offering organic fruits and vegetables, homemade cheese and sweets, very tasty! Every Saturday there is the street artisans’ market offering different kinds of works: leather, wood, jewels, clothes, etc. There are so many nice things to do that you'll never get tired to stay in peaceful El Médano!

5 beautiful sandy natural beaches at walking distance : Playa Grande (means "Big Beach", safe and just in front of the terrace), El Cabezo, La Jaquita, La Pelada, La Tejita.

Free public parkings near the apartment. Car not necessary, since at 200 m there is the bus stop (guagua) and you may reach the destinations on the island at reasonable prizes.
