Located on the second floor of a traditional whitewashed building, the flat is spread over two floors. The private rooftop terrace offers views over the valley and the old town outskirts and is a quiet place for breakfast or to relax after a day on the road. The flat can accommodate up to four people.

Inside, you will find a cosy living room with comfortable seating, smart TV and plenty of natural light. The upstairs kitchen is directly adjacent to the roof terrace and is fully equipped with oven, microwave, cooker, fridge, coffee maker and all basic necessities. A washing machine is provided, making the apartment suitable for longer stays. The roof terrace is furnished with simple but comfortable furniture and offers plenty of privacy, morning sun and quiet evening light with unobstructed views over the valley and surrounding rooftops.

The two bedrooms are next to each other and connected by an inner door. The first bedroom has a double bed, the second bedroom two single beds. Both rooms have blackout window coverings. The bathroom is accessible via the second bedroom and features a shower, sink and toilet. Towels and basic items are provided. For guests working remotely, there is a separate workspace with desk and ergonomic chair, right next to the router for reliable connection.

The flat has air conditioning on the upper floor, ensuring a pleasant temperature in the bedrooms and living areas. Fast and stable WiFi works in all rooms and on the roof terrace.
