Garden furniture, tables and loungers. On the upper floor with separate and own access there is another, also very large flat. This is exactly the same size as the lower one. It can be rented separately on request. This can be occupied by the owner herself.

The nearest villages are Pioppi, Acciaroli, Casalvelino and Velia. There are also small harbours. The railway is 12 km away.

For the well-being of the guests there is also a hobby room with table tennis and a large barbecue. You can possibly park your own dinghy in the room... There is an outdoor shower in the garden. From the garden you have direct access to the beach. This is pebble and only visited by the house guests...it is a snorkelling paradise...but if you want a sandy beach...then this is 3 km away...
