Each of the four suites includes one bedroom, one bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living room with one or two built-in sofa-single beds. The shared outdoor area features beach chairs, outdoor furniture, a heated private mini pool, two private hot tubs, and free open parking space or street parking nearby. Additionally, the property boasts a private top-floor veranda with outdoor furniture, a sofa, and a coffee table, offering the perfect space to relax and enjoy the views.

Pool heating is available during late September, October, April, and early May, with the maximum water temperature preset at 29°C. Hot tubs are preset to a maximum temperature of 32°C. Please note that these settings are not individually adjustable.
