Main Floor:

- Living Room, Kitchen, & Dining Area: A spacious open-concept layout featuring a fully equipped kitchen, perfect for preparing family meals. The large living room and dining area provide plenty of space for gatherings, making this the heart of the home.

- Full Bath: Conveniently located on the main floor for easy access.

Upstairs:

- ♔ King Suite: This luxurious suite includes a king-sized bed, and a large en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and stand alone tub. A serene retreat for relaxation after a day of exploration.

- ♔ King Suite 2: The second king suite offers a comfortable king-sized bed and an en suite bathroom, providing an additional private space to unwind.

- Bunk Room: Featuring four queen beds, this fun room sleeps up to 8 guests, making it perfect for kids or larger groups. The room also has a closet and is located near a shared bathroom.

Outdoor Amenities:

- Private Hot Tub: Unwind in the private hot tub or gather and lounge on the outdoor furniture and share stories under the stars.

- BBQ & Backyard Seating: Grill up a delicious meal while enjoying the scenic surroundings.

We provide the tanks for the propane and if you would like to use grill or fire table you’ll need to fill up at maverick:)

Starting in November:
The hot tubs, restaurant, and clubhouse will remain open. The pools and water park will be closed until Memorial Day (this is the current plan but is subject to change).

We do not guarantee pool or water park access as part of your rental. When the water park is open, we provide 14 free passes per day, but it is your responsibility to confirm availability directly with the resort.

Winter Amenities (November–January)

The Pecan Valley Resort has announced a seasonal pause for the main pool and lazy river. However, some amenities remain available:


Hot Tubs – open during winter hours
Wave Machine – open during winter hours
Kids’ Playground – by request through the resort
Water Slides – by request through the resort

Please note: We do not manage or operate the clubhouse or water park. We provide free access, but guests are responsible for contacting Pecan Valley Resort directly to confirm which amenities will be open during their specific dates.


Clubhouse & Extras

The clubhouse and additional amenities (such as the restaurant window and rentals) may also be available, but access is at the resort’s discretion. We recommend checking directly with the resort for the most accurate information.

We are committed to providing you a superior stay. After booking, we will send you PreStay Information that will help with planning your stay. Check in is easy with the code we give you so that you can access the property at anytime. You will have total privacy and access to the entire home during your stay. We are available at anytime by phone/text and have staff nearby ready to respond to any of your onsite needs.

The hot tub maintenance service is scheduled twice weekly, every Wednesday and Saturday.

Disclaimer:
Our homes are located in the heart of the desert, where the unique enviornment means occasional encounters with pests, despite our best efforts. We spray monthly for pest control to maintain a comfortable space for our guests.

During the summer months sugar ants are more common, and they can appear if food is left out, even with regular pest control. In the winter, cockroaches may be seen more frequently. While we take extensive measures to keep them out, the desert environment can sometimes make it unavoidable.

Please note that refunds will not be granted for pest sightings. However, if you let us know, our pest control team can come out during your stay to spray again. We truly do our best to maintain a clean and pest free home and appreciate your understanding of these natural desert challenges.

Pool & Waterpark Notice
The pool and waterpark are currently scheduled to open in mid-July, though this date may change due to weather or maintenance needs. Please note that refunds will not be issued based on amenity availability. We appreciate your understanding.

Resort Construction Disclaimer:
Our community is still growing! Construction is ongoing throughout the resort. Work is typically limited to weekday daytime hours, with occasional work on weekends. The construction crews are mindful of our guests, and we strive to maintain a peaceful atmosphere at all times.

Refunds will not be issued for any noise or disruptions related to construction.

So far, guest experiences have been wonderful, and we are excited to welcome you to this vibrant and evolving resort!

While we ensure the home is clean, beautiful, and welcoming for your arrival, hotel-style services like daily housekeeping, concierge assistance, and unlimited toiletries are not included in your reservation.

We provide a starter supply of essentials such as paper goods, soaps, and basic necessities to get you through your first couple of days. Should you need more during your stay, you’ll simply need to purchase them locally.

If you’d like to arrange extra services like daily cleaning, mid-stay refreshes, or additional amenities, they may be available for an additional fee — just ask!
