Hi, I'm Ralph Williams. I'm married to and have two beautiful girls. We love to travel, hike, and spend as much time as possible in the outdoors and out on the water. We recently turned our little home away from home, The Boathouse, into a short term rental so that others could get to experience the peace and beauty of being on the waterfront in Hyde County. Whether you’re traveling to hunt, fish, or simply escape from daily life, it's hard to beat the serenity that The Boathouse offers. We certainly love it and hope you do to.

Check In: 3PM - Flexible

Guests will be able to self check-in using the door keypad and the door code provided by the owner. Contact the owner in advance if early check-in or late check out is needed. Flexibility will be provided on the check-in/check-out times where possible.

Payment Policy

50% deposit is due at time of booking. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to check-in.

Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
If guests cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in, they will be refunded 50% for all nights. Alternatively, the owner will work with guests to transfer their reservation to another date if possible.
If they cancel less than 7 days before check-in, guests are not entitled to a refund.
Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in
