NOTE: This property sleeps 9 guests in 6 beds, with room for 12 total by using the futon and king blow up mattress.

The 4th bedroom, game room, laundry room, and bathroom can get colder or hotter than the rest of the house. We have a portable fan and ceiling fan. We have portable heaters available in the laundry room.

Guests will have access to the private use of the house. There is a locked owner’s storage room off the laundry room.

We’re always a message away and respond quickly. If needed, we are also local. We ask all communication be kept on the platform.

Williams has character and is nostalgic; like walking in a time capsule. Please note, your stay is in the downtown area, close to a grocery store, shops, dining and more. We’re close to the elementary school in a community neighborhood. There is only one neighbor backing the property, no other residential neighbors to the right, left, or in front of the property.

You’re close enough to walk to the Grand Canyon Brewery, Railroad, and more! The downtown strip is about 10 min walk. However, if you choose to drive, there’s plenty of free parking downtown as well.

CAMERAS: There are four cameras on the property.
(1) One that views the front porch
(2) One that views the laundry room back door
(3) One that views the driveway
(4) One that views the side yard along Franklin Ave
These are only monitored when needed.

PROPANE:
We attempt to ensure propane in both the grill and firepit, but it is not guaranteed.

PETS: Dogs are welcome, and the yard is fully fenced in. Responsible pet owns will love that we do provide a large dog kennel, scooper, and bowls. We ask for their safety if left at the cabin alone to kennel them. Guests are asked to pick up after pets during their stay. We ask that pets remain off the furniture, and we also provide covers for the couch and chairs to avoid damage. The damage protection plan does not protect against pet damage. If a pet is not disclosed in your guest count, we will request a pet fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We adhere to our cancellation policy and highly recommend purchasing travel insurance or using a credit card that offers travel insurance coverage. Please note that road closures and snowfall may occur during the winter and spring seasons.

A $35 management fee is added to each booking. This fee goes towards a damage claim protection plan that will protect the guest against any accidental damage up to $1,000.
