Welcome to Vitamin Sea! A gorgeous, renovated villa in the IDEAL location for couples visiting Hilton Head Island. Park your car for the duration of your trip. Roll out of bed and be on the beach to see the incredible sunrise in 3 mins! Walk to Coligny and Celebration Park in 8 mins! Bike to Sea Pines, Harbour Town, the local brewery and too many restaurants to list. Xanadu is a gated complex and extremely quiet and safe. Come see what South Forest Beach has to offer!

Private, clean, quiet and safe condo in the heart of all the activity. Close enough to the beach to walk there in just a few minutes but far enough away to give you relaxation and quiet away from others when desired. You will have the entire unit to yourself. Xanadu Villas offers tennis/pickleball courts and an outdoor pool for your enjoyment. It offers direct and quick access to the beach via the beach path right across the road. You can rent a bike at Island Bike Rentals, also conveniently located right at the end of the Xanadu driveway, and bike all over the island on the paved bike trails. After a busy day on the beach, biking or at the shops, enjoy coming back to a secure and tranquil villa to enjoy a cocktail on the balcony overlooking the lagoon and pool or sit by the pool and relax.

Our goal is to make everything easy for you so that you can focus on your vacation. We have beach chairs, cooler, umbrella and sand toys right in the villa for your use. We have multiple places for you to hang your wet towels and then sit back and relax. After a long flight or drive, you will be able to drive right up to Xanadu and gain immediate access via lockbox and key code. No need to worry about having to find and drive to an additional location to pick up keys or car passes. It is all right at Xanadu awaiting your arrival.

Centrally located in popular South Forest Beach! Close to everything in Hilton Head and walkable/bikeable. Numerous restaurants and bars are walkable/bikeable either through beach access of bike path access. Our beach is far enough from Coligny to avoid the large crowds but close enough to Coligny to enjoy the beach activities there should you so choose.

Walk. Bike. Drive. It is close to everything! Parking is free and secure behind the gates in Xanadu.

There is a washer and dryer on the floor to use. It requires coins and is one dollar each to wash/dry. There are only 4 condos on the floor so there is no problem using the washer/dryer. There is a trash chute on the floor of the condo so disposing of trash is simple!

The community pool is unheated and does not have a lifeguard. Use at your own risk.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
** Guests must be 25 years of age to book. No parties or pets allowed.
**The entire island of Hilton Head has enforced quiet hours from 10pm - 8am. If the quiet is disturbed and the Town is notified, the Town will require you to leave the island. No refunds will be given for nights unused in this instance.
**Hilton Head Island is lush with wildlife and bugs. Although the unit it treated regularly, you could see an occasional bug in any unit you rent. There are also alligators on the island. Use care when out and stay at least 30 feet away from lagoons/ponds and other areas of water.
**Booking through this site can provide so many wonderful options but this type of booking is not for everyone. Some people prefer room service, a concierge, daily housekeeper, etc. Booking with us through this site will provide you with a remodeled, clean 1 bedroom, 1 full bath condo with a full kitchen, community area that provides tennis and pickle ball courts, charcoal grill area and an unheated pool walkable to Coligny, Celebration Park and the beach, for less the cost of a hotel stay on the island per night. However, although you are provided with your towels and linens and a starter supply of soap, you will have to purchase your own food, drink, cooking spices/oils as well as coffee and tea.
