Vintage School, 5 BR/2 Kitchens, Pool, Gym NO FEES

This classic schoolhouse was built in 1931. It still has that vintage charm, and we have filled the apartments with turn of the century inspired furniture and decor, yet adding modern conveniences. Many of the items date back to its use as a elementary school. Our goal is to make it as warm, welcoming, and comfortable as possible. We have a pool, full gymnasium with sports, workout area with a Peloton (bring your own cycling shoes), and ping pong. There is a fire pit, big lawn, and fort area.

This listing includes 4 Queen Beds, 1 Twin Bed, and 2 Twin roll away beds. There are also 3 full sized couches.

Cons:

* Old HVAC system that has a mind of its own
* 2nd story requires stair climbing
* Vintage school has old bricks/flooring/plaster - it's not pristine and new looking, which is part of its charm
* Furniture is vintage and antique with dings and flaws - so please be nice to it
* Downstairs bathroom is not in the apartment but it IS private
* Bats, if you are scared of bats (they won't get into contact with you)
* Various wildlife like skunks, insects, frogs
* Owner has parrots and dogs which will make noise
* You may run into the owners in the common areas of the hallways, gym, pool, yard and landings
* Upstairs apartment couch is down filled - so it may trigger allergies
