The villa has a boundless garden, a magnificent swimming pool and a tennis court alongside open-air dining, a masonry barbecue and a wood-burning oven to cook delicious home-made pizzas!

The kitchen-dining area of the house is fully equipped and features a dishwasher, oven, Nespresso machine, fridge with freezer and toaster for a no-hassle self-catering holiday. From the villa’s blissful location, the Versilian Coast resorts (Forte dei Marmi, Marina di Pietrasanta, Viareggio, as well as Lido di Camaiore) with beautiful sandy beaches and amenities are within a 20–25-minute driving distance. The Massaciucolli regional park and lake are a 20-minute drive away, perfect for nature lovers.

The convenient location of the villa also allows you to easily reach, by car, other famous Tuscan cities–within half an hour's drive you can visit the city of Lucca with its splendid walls.
In an hour and 20 minutes, you can reach the famous artistic city of Florence, with all its magnificent works of art. In just 2 hours, you can also reach Siena and Arezzo.
In 30 minutes, you can also reach the beautiful Cinque Terre in the region of Liguria. The nearest bus stop (Via Pitoro And. Stiava) and restaurant are just next door.

The nearest international airport is in Pisa, located about a 35-minute drive from this holiday villa in Camaiore. Please note that the pool is open from the 1st of April 2023 to the 30th of September 2023 A damage deposit of 2000EUR has to be paid locally for groups under 21.
