This is a unique property on a large peninsula lot, surrounded entirely by Marsh and Water. The views and privacy are spectacular ! You have use of our backyard dock...great for romance and wine. We provide Kayaks and Stand Up Paddleboards for guests to use. Also great for pulling in crabs and fishing. The house is only a fast hop over the bridge to Downtown Charleston....and the bridge is walkable. Uber and Lyft are swift - the bridge is about 3 miles long to get there. The beach is the other direction...only 6 miles down Coleman Blvd on the map. Mount Pleasant is "the place to be" and our neighborhood is the closest historic neighborhood to Downtown Charleston. If you select our home, please appreciate the diversity of our area... it is steeped in Gullah History.

Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY- If property cannot be provided, then a full refund will be issued. Otherwise the following policies prevail :
a) Travelers who cancel 60 days or more before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid, less a $100 administrative fee.
b) Travelers who cancel between 30 and 60 days before check-in will get back 50% of the total base nightly cost of the rental, not including add-ons, taxes or service fees. If the listing site collected service fees or taxes, those cannot be refunded by property.
c) Travelers who cancel within 30 days of arrival with get No Refund and No Future Credit.
d) Our cancellation/refund policy is enforced as detailed in Clause 22.
e) Owner reserves the right to issue traveler a future credit in the case of a government order or restriction that makes the property unusable or inaccessible.
f) Cancellations must be in writing.
g) No refunds for early departure, or late arrival.
h) If the house is unacceptable to you, this is considered a non-refundable cancellation.
i) The booking site may charge you a service fee. Site service fees are specifically excluded from our refund policy and our contracts; service fees are solely between guest and booking site.
j) Failure to submit payments on time may result in cancellation of reservation without refund or recourse.
k) Property reserves the right to cancel this reservation for unforeseen circumstance, act of God or any situation that makes the property unusable. You will then receive a 100% refund of money paid to us. There will be no other money given for damages, consequential losses, or expenses.
