We live about an hour away, but we have helpers in the area who can assist if you need something.

The area is quite rural. You'll need a car or bike to travel. Ubers are generally available in the area.
* The previous owner had pets. The house is entirely hardwood floors and has been deep cleaned. If you're highly sensitive to pet smells, you may notice it.
* The house doesn't have city water. At certain times of year, the water has a sulfur smell. We provide jugs of bottled water at no charge for cooking/drinking. The water is perfectly safe to drink but you may prefer to drink the bottled water provided.
