The space
The Golden Brick Studio is a bright, industrial studio right in the heart of Downtown Rogers. The space blends exposed brick, preserved historic advertising, and modern comforts to create a cozy, one-of-a-kind stay. It’s an open-concept layout with a king bed and a queen memory-foam sofa sleeper, best suited for couples, solo travelers, small families, and visiting professionals.

Because the studio is right next to Butterfield Stage and the Railyard Parks, you’ll be close to all the action — restaurants, bars, coffee shops, kids’ play areas, and live events. This means you may occasionally hear the sounds of downtown life, especially on weekends or during concerts.

The building has a private gated entrance shared with only a couple of units. Once inside, you’ll head up one flight of stairs to reach the studio. Street parking is free, typically plentiful, and right outside the entrance, with more around the corner.

Inside, you’ll find a full kitchen with everything you need for simple cooking: a fridge/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and an espresso machine compatible with Nespresso Original pods. We provide a few to get you started. There’s also high-speed WiFi, a 55” Smart TV, and both down and memory-foam pillows for comfort.

A washer and dryer is available within the studio. Bike storage with locks is provided just outside the exterior door - ideal for riders hitting the Railyard Bike Park, Lake Atalanta, Hobbs State Park, or the Slaughter Pen system in Bentonville.

The studio is thoughtfully designed, comfortable, and in an unbeatable location. It’s a perfect home base for exploring Northwest Arkansas, enjoying the downtown scene, or settling in for a quiet work trip with everything you need close by.

Guest access
Entry is simple with a keypad code. You will receive your unique code, as well as specific directions, through Airbnb before arrival.

Other things to note
The Golden Brick Studio is located on the second floor, and access is by stairs only. Please keep this in mind if anyone in your group has mobility limitations.

Downtown Rogers has an active rail line, and you may hear occasional passing trains. They’re brief but can be loud for a moment or two. Most guests find it part of the downtown charm, but we want you to be aware before booking.
