On-site free EV charging. Connections 15 amp 110V / 30 amp 120V / 50 amp 240V connections. I'm not an EV expert, but I have the power outlets if you have the connectors. Rear property parking will accommodate a 48ft 5th wheel.

Parking: You may park wherever you like. It's ok to block the garage. (see sign).

Exterior lights are automatic.

Guest access
Airbnb Rule: We can only allow the number of persons you specified in your booking on the property. Airbnb policy: No hang-outs, drop-offs, pick-ups, or "stop by to say hello". Inviting other people onto or into the property is strictly prohibited. This is to protect the property against destructive events.

SECURITY: The property exterior is under video surveillance. There are NO cameras or alarm systems inside the Airbnb.

Custom treehouse for the kidos.

Your Host Ken will be happy to tour you through the property and our animals, just call or text him. The private pool, fireplace patios, and the Treehouse are for your use. It gets a little muddy out back, so watch your step. There are hard-to-see fence wires near the chicken coops. Recommend that you let Ken give you a tour to see the chickens and turkeys.

The property is easy to access just off Hwy US-231

Other things to note
Free EV charging. Connections: 15 amp 110V / 30 amp 120V / 50 amp 240V. NEMA 14-50 receptacle provided. So you need to bring your own portable Level-2 charger.

RV Space. 110/30/50 amp RV box. Water connections. Rear property parking will accommodate a 48ft 5th wheel.

Approved Guests will have a resort-style time. We are not an external party host venue. Booked guests are only allowed to party on the property.

A word about EVENTS! Airbnb prohibits events. We do not host any events, parties, get-togethers, kickbacks, or gatherings.

Many guests enjoy our fully equipped kitchen after stopping in Montgomery or Troy to visit the Publix Grocery Stores and loading up on groceries. While there is a Dollar General just down the street, other food options nearby are limited.
