The Vue at Desert Color- Guest Suite - St. George

Whether you're visiting friends or family at The Vue or just passing through sunny St. George, our beautifully furnished guest suite offers a comfortable and convenient stay in the heart of it all. This cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom suite comfortably sleeps up to 3 guests and includes everything you need—an in-unit washer and dryer, a full-sized kitchen for home-cooked meals, and a welcoming living room complete with a TV to relax after a day of exploring.

Guests have access to our incredible amenities, most of which are located in or around our leasing center, including the resort-style pool, clubroom, fitness center, BBQ areas, yoga studio, and more. Our guest suite includes one reserved covered parking space, and additional parking is available upon request.

We are a completely smoke-free community (including e-cigarettes and vaping), and while pets are not permitted in the guest suite without prior approval, we are happy to assist if special accommodations are needed. Please note that the suite must be accessed using the physical key set—no code is provided.

The closest grocery store, Costco Wholesale, is just 2 minutes away and plenty of local favorites like Peachwave Frozen Yogurt, Jersey Mike’s, Swig, Chipotle, Mo' Bettahs and Pizza Hut are within walking distance. Want to explore? We’re located just one hour from Zion National Park and two hours from Lake Powell. And if you’re in the mood for a memorable dinner, we highly recommend Cliffside Restaurant—13 minutes away and known for its breathtaking views of the valley.
