Although the property DOES NOT have any direct water access the half moon bay beach is a short 5–8 minute leisurely walk. Be sure to take (and please return) a beach towel and sunscreen with you.

Electricity on island is expensive. You will be given a $25/Wk. allowance (prorated for number of days in your stay). Your electric meter will be read before checking in and at checkout, the meter is at the entrance of the complex. Usage will be calculated and charged at $0.42 per KW, any electrity usage above your allowance will be due at checkout.
