The Planesman Condo - Auburn

Check in time is any time after 3pm. Please message or communicate with us if you are going to arrive earlier and we occasionally may be able to accommodate you. You will have 2 parking spaces directly in front of / near front door. There is a Ring doorbell on the front door and a Ring security light/camera that is motion activated that faces out towards patio. Check out is before 11 am. Check in is at 3pm. Occasionally, we can accommodate a REQUEST for early / late check in , but it is not always available due to the busy schedule during fall games / events. You will receive a unique 4 digit check in code for the keyless deadbolt lock on your arrival day. Upon Checkout: Please empty refrigerator of all food/ drink left from your stay. Please load dishes in dishwasher, using a provided detergent tab, and begin the wash cycle. We also ask that you leave beds unmade and leave all dirty towels in the tub. Please make sure to LOG OUT of any cable subscriptions, and check that the deadbolt on patio is locked as well as the keyless deadbolt on the front door. Since our locks work on timed entry dates according to our check in / checkout rules, you will loose access to the property at the agreed upon check out time. You will have access to free high speed WIFI, but there is no direct ethernet connection avaible. There are security cameras on the property for the safety of our guests and out property. There is a Ring doorbell camera located on the front door. There is also a Ring / Flood light camera on patio. Please make sure to provide a mobile #, as this will be how you will primarily communicate with us during your stay. You will also receive our contact cell # when check in instructions are sent.
