Welcome to the KANtucky Derby home where you can kick your boots off and let your hair down! We are centrally located in Derby, a cute, quiet part of town that's just a hop, skip, and a jump (20 minutes) away from downtown Wichita and only 10 minutes away from the McConnell Air Force Base. The home has cozy furniture nestled around the fireplace, and a large backyard with a fire pit so you can warm up on those chilly days, roasting some marshmallows by the fire with family and friends!
-There is a 55-inch smart TV and Roku remote in the living room with a spacious room for watching a movie or your favorite sports team.
-Our master bedroom has a PURPLE mattress for a luxurious night's sleep.
-We offer a washer/dryer for those that need to do a little laundry while you stay.
-There's a fire pit in the backyard as well as a barbecue grill!
- Fully stocked kitchen with all cookware, utensils, bakeware, and even some goodies on the dining room table for you!

I am originally from Las Vegas, but my family and I love traveling and exploring new areas so we decided to start hosting! As a family, we have always worked in the hospitality industry and decided being property hosts would be a great fit for us! My husband is the financials and I do all the designing of our homes! It's been a really fun time learning all the ins and outs of short term renting and we love meeting so many new people from all over the world that stay at our homes. We can't wait to meet you too and make sure you have a great stay with us!

Getting around

We are located just off Meadowlark Drive and Longhorn Drive. Just up the street from Meadowlark is a major road known as Rock Road. Plenty of free street parking as well as parking on our paved driveway. We are just a short drive from many cities including downtown Wichita, Mulvane, and Goddard. The Dwight D. Eisenhower Airport is a 22 minute drive from our house. 10 minutes from the McConnell Air Force Base. 18 minutes from the Century II Performing Arts Center.

House Rules

-Guests should take the trash out before they leave.
-Parties are NOT allowed. There will be a $30 cleaning fee for each unauthorized guest in the house during your stay.
-Check-out is at 11 AM, please let us know if you are running behind and we may be able to offer a late check-out option.

Cancellation Policy

If booked more than 30 days before your stay and cancelling within 30 days of your stay, you will receive a full refund. If booked less than 30 days from your stay, you have 14 days before arrival to cancel with a full refund. If you cancel within seven days of arrival, you can get 50% refund, and less than seven days, we cannot provide a refund.

Notes

We take pride in making your stay as comfortable as possible because if you're not at home, why would you want to be less comfy?! We offer plush mattresses and soft linens so you can be nice and relaxed after a great night's sleep! For those of you traveling with infants, we do provide a Pack N-Play that's located in the master bedroom closet.
