The secret is being discovered, and Edisto Beach has become known as a coastal island destination, a state of mind, anytime…any season. Edisto is one of South Carolina’s largest barrier islands, located approximately 45 miles south of Charleston and east of Walterboro. Historic Highway 174 stretches across the island through moss-hung ancient oaks, unspoiled marshes, and rich agricultural land.

**In order to book we require your account to be fully verified by going to (airbnb.com/verify).

You will also have to provide a picture of your government ID to us separately due to our insurance company making us collect it . ID must be supplied within 24 hours of booking the reservation or the reservation will be cancelled. Your ID is only kept on file for the duration of the stay and then deleted.

(it can either be messaged through the Airbnb app, text or emailed).

We will be reaching out to you shortly after you book to confirm and finish the booking process so PLEASE make sure your Airbnb app notifications or emails are turned on - None responsive reservations will be cancelled.

•This is our vacation home we rent out to help pay the taxes and insurance, it doesn't have the lastest furniture or the most modern decor but it's a great home for the value and price especially since it's so close to the beach.

••••••ABOUT THE PROPERTY••••••

•The house is located right off of Highway 174 near the Enterprise Bank. It's convenient to most all the local attractions, but out of the way of the hustle and bustle.

•We have a very large front deck with patio furniture, ready for relaxing! The house is located on about an acre lot.

•Only takes about a 5 minute drive to reach the nearest beach access by the state park.

•Right at 1000sqft home with an open floor plan and 3 bedrooms. The kitchen, livingroom and dining room are open and have plenty of room to relax.

•The living room has a 75” smart TV with cable. Also, high speed free WiFi is available and a DVD player. The bedrooms do not have Tv's.

•The living room has a pull out sofa that is full size with memory foam added for extra comfort.

•Each of the three bedrooms are spacious with comfortable full size memory foam topper beds. Each bed has a comforter and pillows. Blankets are available also extra pillows.

•Kitchen is equipped with full size fridge, microwave, oven, toaster oven, blender, toaster, pots & pans, utensils and all the cooking utensils you’ll need (no cooking condiments provided)

•Washer and dryer are available for guest use.

•We do our best to provide laundry detergent, hand soap and dish washer liquid, but we cannot guarantee it because sometimes, since we live out of state, it is used up before we have time to order more.

LINEN/TOWEL INFORMATION

•As with most all short term rental homes on Edisto you must bring your own toiletries and food. Including soap, paper towels, toliet paper, bath towels, wash cloths and linens, etc.

•If you would not like to bring hand towels, wash cloths, bath towels and sheets, Edisto Essentials is a local business that offers a linen package for reasonable fee (Not included in the reservation cost)

•As much as we would like to provide all the linens to our guest, it is too expensive and time consuming for our house keeper to clean them every time, that's why we have discounted rates for rental and also have the linen package option.
