Guest access
The cottage is all yours to enjoy, complete with a private patio featuring a table, umbrella, chairs, Solo Stove, and grill. Relax and soak in the inviting ambiance throughout your stay. NOTE that the water is not visible from the cottage.

Convenient parking is available right next to your cottage. The front entrance is well-lit for easy access, and the back door opens to your private patio, beautifully illuminated with solar string lights for a cozy evening ambiance.

🔹Please note that this 8-acre property is shared among 11 cottages and a main house.

🔹The common areas, including two firepits, a volleyball area, a swingset, the beach, the bluff lookout, upper bluff acreage, and driveway access, is available for all guests to enjoy. We kindly ask everyone to be respectful of shared spaces and mindful of other guests and owners on the property. Thank you for helping us maintain a welcoming and enjoyable environment for

• No parties or events

• Only registered guests allowed — no unregistered visitors or overnight guests

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

• Smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, marijuana, and vaping—is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the property. A $500 fine will be imposed for any violation of this policy!

🔹We have another cottage on this property. Sunrise Cottage #2 is just across the yard and is a family friendly modern cottage that sleeps up to 8. It has a fun loft with ladder access. Looking to bring additional family or friends? Consider booking both cottages for more space.
