Step into this mid-century–inspired townhome filled with natural light, hardwood floors, and a warm, inviting feel across four levels.
The main floor is designed for gathering, with an open kitchen, dining area, and living space featuring a large smart TV. The layout offers an easy flow while still giving everyone room to relax.
Each bedroom is set up for restful sleep with memory foam mattresses and down-alternative duvets. Bathrooms are located on each bedroom level for convenience. The top-floor primary suite includes a king bed for a comfortable retreat. Heated floors throughout add extra comfort in cooler months.
Enjoy the private rooftop deck with patio seating and an eggshell chair—perfect for morning coffee or evening drinks. It offers partial views of Lake Union, with views that open up more in the winter and a more tree-lined feel in the summer.
A separate game den with a large TV and board games provides a great space to unwind or host extra guests.
You’ll also have fast, reliable WiFi for work or streaming, air conditioning for warmer months, an in-unit washer and dryer, and easy self check-in. A private off-street parking space is included, with access to Level 2 EV charging if needed. For families traveling with a little one, a wooden baby crib is also available upon request (38 × 24 inches with a 4-inch-deep mattress).

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire home, including all four levels and the rooftop deck.
One off-street parking space is provided, along with access to a Level 2 EV charging station (J1772 connector; Tesla vehicles require an adapter). Additional free street parking is available around the property along Lakeview Blvd E and Boylston Ave E, within a few minutes’ walk of the home. Availability is generally good.
Please note that a small supply closet on the top floor and a locked storage room on the lower level are not accessible to guests.
Other things to note
• The home is close to the highway, and some traffic noise is noticeable at night. Earplugs are provided if needed.
• Rooftop views of Lake Union vary by season, with more open views during the winter and a more tree-lined setting and partial views in the summer.
• The bottom floor does not have a separate AC unit, but it usually stays cool in summer. Guests can use the living room AC for additional cooling, and a portable fan is provided.
• Only one reserved parking space is provided. Additional free street parking is available within a few minutes’ walk of the home.
• The Level 2 charging station uses a J1772 connector; Tesla vehicles require an adaptor.
