The Abundance Suite at Dream Estate Inn offers luxurious accommodations with a king bed, fine linens, and a spa-inspired ensuite with a soaker tub and walk-in shower. Guests enjoy access to the common living and dining areas, a wrap-around porch, and a serene attic yoga studio. Located near Seacliff Park, the beach, local wineries, and Point Pelee National Park, this suite combines relaxation with exploration.

Upon entering our lobby, you'll be greeted by a welcoming space that seamlessly flows into the dining and living areas. A beautiful wooden staircase leads you to the second floor, where you'll find our four elegant suites, including The Miracle Suite. This charming setup offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere from the moment you step inside, guiding you effortlessly to the heart of your stay.

Guests at Dream Estate Inn have access to select common areas that ensure a comfortable and inviting stay. You'll enjoy the cozy living room, perfect for relaxing, and the welcoming dining area. The elegant lobby greets you upon arrival, creating a warm first impression. Upstairs, there's a convenient common area featuring a mini-fridge where you can store snacks and beverages.

Please note that some spaces are reserved for Horizen Suite guests only and are not accessible to guests of the Inn; the backyard, including the pool and hot tub, remains private. These areas are designed to ensure a peaceful and well-maintained environment for all our guests. Thank you for respecting these boundaries during your stay, allowing us to provide the highest level of service and care.

Additionally, we are available Monday through Saturday from 9:30 AM to 2:30 PM in the lobby area, ready to help with any questions and to offer personal concierge services. Our location offers the perfect blend of relaxation and local attractions, all within a short walking distance. Just steps away, you'll find Seacliff Park, Beach, and the Sunset Amphitheatre—ideal for lakeside strolls, summer concerts, and soaking up the waterfront atmosphere. Treat yourself to the best local ice cream and enjoy the scenic Lakeside Promenade, a favorite for sunset views. The Leamington Municipal Marina is nearby, providing a picturesque spot to watch boats or take a pleasant walk. Conveniently located right on the main road of Seacliff Drive, our inn is at the heart of everything, making it easy to explore and enjoy the local charm.

For those here to enjoy Seacliff Park and the nearby attractions, walking is the perfect way to get around—the park, beach, marina, and local ice cream spots are all easily accessible on foot. However, if you plan to explore beyond the immediate area, such as visiting Point Pelee National Park or touring the region’s renowned vineyards and wineries, a vehicle or bicycle is recommended. These options will give you the flexibility to discover all the scenic and cultural highlights the area has to offer.

Rental Agreement - The Guest must sign the rental agreement. Failure to do so will result in the cancellation of your rental. There will be no refunds given if the agreement is not signed.

Security Deposit - A $150 offline Security deposit hold will be required, and a link will be sent to you.

The online check-in form must be completed for your door code to be generated in your guest portal
