The large terrace and the fully fenced, approx. 700m² garden complete the picture. There are four parking spaces available on the property.

Supermarket and restaurants are within walking distance. In addition to a number of activities such as hiking and cycling, the surrounding area offers good conditions for anglers in particular. For example, in the fishing ponds between the river Uffe and the road to Wieda/Walkenried, in the Bad Sachsa horse pond near the Salztal-Paradies, in the Kranichteich fishing paradise in Bad Sachsa Neuhof or in the culturally and historically significant Walkenried pond landscape created by monks.
