Because these amenities are outside of our control, we cannot guarantee their availability, and we do not offer refunds- partial or full- for their unavailability. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

After you've completed your booking, you will receive a registration link via email of which will direct you to sign and acknowledge the Escape VRM Rental Agreement. You will be required to complete this prior to receiving check-in instructions.

Please note that a 3% cancellation fee will be applied to all cancellations, irrespective of the time or reason for cancellation. This fee is non-negotiable and helps cover transaction and administrative expenses.
