While we do our best to keep everything in great working order, occasional issues (e.g., service outages or appliance malfunctions) can happen and are outside our control. We are not on-site 24/7, but we are always just a message away and will assist as promptly as possible. Temporary service interruptions or equipment malfunctions, while rare, do not qualify for refunds.

TRIP CANCELLATION INSURANCE
Guests are strongly encouraged to purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance to protect against unforeseen events such as family emergencies, illness, injury, funerals, travel delays, flight or rental car cancellations, job loss, snow/ice, hurricanes, wildfires, pandemics, government bans/restrictions, or similar circumstances.
