Featuring 3BR/3BA & Loft, 3 miles to downtown Blue Ridge, 6 decks and outdoor living room with fireplace, fire pit ,hot tub, & game room, Panoramic mountain view, outdoor fireplace, hot tub, fire pit...Our luxury 5 Star cabin, Sunset Ridge, is located on 1.7 acres in a private gated community right in the middle of the Aska Adventure Area just 3 miles to downtown Blue Ridge and less than 10 minutes to the Toccoa River, hiking trails, tubing, and Lake Blue Ridge Marina. The 3 finished levels include a spacious loft with a futon, foosball table, and office area overlooking the vaulted family room with stacked stone fireplace. The cabin features a bedroom and bathroom on each level including 2 master bedrooms with King sized beds and a basement bedroom with a full bed and twin over twin bunkbeds perfect for kids or a small family that sleeps 4. The upstairs master suite has 2 private screened balconies with comfortable seating and a swing, and a master bathroom with a separate shower overlooking the mountains. The oversized main level master has access to the screened in porch that spans the entire back of the cabin overlooking the Blue Ridge Mountains. The screened outdoor area has a dining table so you can eat dinner while watching the sunset over the mountains and plenty of seating around the fireplace to relax and take in the view. There are 3 fireplaces to cozy up next to including one in the outdoor living room. There is also a fire pit perfect for roasting s’mores and telling campfire stories. Enjoy cooking and entertaining in the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and an island or there is a grill for a family cookout. The fully finished basement includes the 3rd fireplace, ping pong table, big screen tv, poker table, and plenty of board games and for the kids. You can relax on one of the multiple porch swings, soak in the hot tub, or catch a football game on one of the 5 tv's. Included in your rental is free wi-fi and DirectTV.
