UPPER LEVEL:
Bedroom 1: One King Bed, TV, One Full Bathroom (Walk-in Shower, Spa Tub)
Bedroom 2: One Queen Bed, shared bath with tub and shower
Bedroom 3: bunk beds (3 twin beds), TV, shared bath with tub and shower

HOA rules are strictly enforced and are subject to a fine if not followed:
- Maximum 2 vehicles, cars only (no RVs, trailers, or boats)
- All cars must be parked in the home's driveway - no parking on the street or in other driveways
- Maximum 6 occupants - no more than 6 people are allowed in the home at any time
- No pets
-Minimum Stay length of 4 night - if you’d like to book for less than 4 nights message me and we might be able to accommodate!
