This historic 1890s Victorian has been thoughtfully refurbished to blend modern comfort with the charm and character of its era. With 7 bedrooms spread across two floors, 4 full bathrooms, and plenty of gathering spaces inside and out, there's room for everyone to spread out—or come together. Here's more about the space:

The Kitchen
Cook with ease in our fully stocked kitchen—plenty of pots, pans, baking sheets, mixing bowls, measuring cups, cutting boards, and all the tools you'll need to pull off a big family meal. You'll also find a full set of dishes, glassware, and silverware for 14+, plus basics like salt, pepper, and olive oil to get you started.

Coffee Station
Start your mornings right with our drip coffee maker, electric kettle, and a jar of herbal tea bags on the counter.

Dining
Plenty of room to gather for meals—one dining table seats 8, another seats 6, and the kitchen island has 3 additional seats. Extra chairs are tucked in the laundry room for larger groups.

The Living Areas
Two spacious living rooms give everyone a place to land. The main floor living area is great for gathering, and the upstairs living room has a smart TV perfect for movie nights.

The Game Room
A dedicated game room with TV and space to hang out—great for the kids or a friendly evening competition.

A great night's sleep is key to a great stay, so we've invested in quality mattresses, bedding, and plenty of pillows.

The Bathrooms
Four full bathrooms—two on each floor. Two are en-suite to the king bedrooms. The first-floor hall bathroom features a clawfoot tub and a separate shower. Towels, toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap are all stocked for you.

The Wrap-Around Porch
One of the best parts of this home. Enjoy your morning coffee, an afternoon book, or an evening glass of wine from the wrap-around porch—a classic Southern touch that makes this home feel special.

The Outdoors
Situated on 3 acres, there's plenty of room to roam, for kids to run, and for groups to gather outside. It's rare to find this much outdoor space so close to town.

We provide fresh linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. You'll also find a hair dryer, iron and ironing board, washer and dryer, and basic kitchen staples. WiFi is fast, and there's on-site parking for multiple vehicles.

She's a beautifully refurbished 1890s Victorian—but still a 130+ year old home on 3 acres. Expect some gentle quirks that come with age and countryside charm (a draft near a window, a creaky floorboard, the sounds and surprises of nature just outside). We think it's part of what makes staying here special.
