Welcome to our studio! My wife and I are both US Navy veterans and are honored to service the many families celebrating thier loved ones! This spacious studio has full amenities offering a blend of comfort and functionality. The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances and cookware and dining table. The livingroom has a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed and a 55" Amazon Fire TV. A spacious bathroom with wooden ceilings and porcelain floors is a luxurious addition.

The kitchen is fully equipped with brand new appliances, including a fridge, stove and oven, microwave, dishware, cookware, and coffee machine. The cabinetry provides ample storage space, and the countertop is perfect for meal prep or casual dining.

The living area is furnished with a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed. The 55" Amazon Fire TV is positioned across from the sofa, but can be moved for viewing from the bed. Any app on Amazon that is free is available for viewing, or you can create your own profile and log into your streaming services.

The queen-sized bed is nestled against the back wall and is just off of the bathroom addition. A standalone armoire provides ample storage for clothes and accessories.

Property is located in Russell County about 15 mins from Downtown Columbus, Ga. Dollar General, Renfroes grocery, and waffle house are nearby.

A vehicle is a must! We have plenty of room to park a vehicle and a boat trailer.

Living next door, we are dedicated to ensuring that our properties are well-maintained and constantly improved for your enjoyment. This means you may occasionally see us tending to tasks such as cutting grass, spraying for weeds and pests, or pressure washing.
