The beautiful white, soft sand - feel free to stay barefooted because this sand doesn't get hot!

The pool has a sloped "beach" type entrance for kids, as well as several shallow ledges to relax on. The water never gets more than about 4' deep

The patio provides plenty of space to move around and relax - the hot tub does NOT have hot water - it's more like a personal plunge pool!
You can see how close the pool is to your back door - it's easy to step inside for a refill or a snack!

Light and airy space with room to spread out! Beyond the sliding glass doors is the patio with dining and seating area, and straight out is the pool! The living room has a TV with wifi and movie channels, books and magazines, and some games.
This open space is ideal for entertaining and watching the family while preparing snacks and meals!
There is also a Keurig coffee maker (not pictured) for real coffee lovers!
To the left is the laundry room with washer and dryer and a sink to rinse the sand of your bathing suits!
Huge master suite with a king size bed, desk, tv and access to the patio!
From the master bedroom you have access to a large closet with hangers and a safe.... to the left of the closet is the full bathroom.
The master bathroom has a large shower, toiletries and double sinks. The Tipsy Turtle Hideaway also has a tankless water heater so everyone gets a hot shower!

Parking right out front! Notice the door annotated with the arrow.... Just a couple steps up - if necessary, you can go to the end of the building to access the same hallway without the steps. No climbing stairs to an upper floor! Easy access!
Inside the complex, facing the security gate - they will greet you coming and going!

Find your peace at the beach! First floor, end unit! You won't have to walk busy streets to get to the sand!

This community is gated and has 24 hour security. Huge apartment with fully stocked kitchen, steps to the pool or the beach! So close you can easily pop into the apartment for a fresh drink or snack! Large patio with dining table and and "plunge pool", BBQ grill. Washer and dryer, TVs, WiFi, a few games, parking space right out front for rental car. Quiet complex just a few miles to grocery shopping, mall, restaurants and bars.
