Welcome to our home! It is a quick 5 minute drive (3 miles) to the Mountaineer Stadium, WVU hospital, Mon Health hospital, plus much more!! This home features 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen and eating area, and a large living room with fireplace and smart TV. Parking room for a total of 4 cars - two in garage and two in driveway.

-Please drop all used towels and sheets in the laundry room -Place all trash in trash can located in garage -Place all dirty dishes in dishwasher and start -Turn off all lights

Refundable Damage Deposit

We collect a $250 deposit, that will be refunded to you at the end of your stay, as long as no damages have occurred.

Notes

We do store some of our belongings in the room off the garage (across from laundry), but if you need that extra space for anything feel free to use it!
