The space
Ideal for a couple or families; comfortable and cozy for two, yet spacious for up to eight guests. In addition to comfortable beds, rain showers, and a well-equipped chef's kitchen, you will find generous indoor and outdoor spaces.
The home has room to gather and room to spread out with bedrooms and bathrooms on each level. The private master bedroom with a king bed and balcony is located on a dedicated upper level with a full bath. On the main floor, a bedroom with a queen bed is adjacent to a full bath and near the living room, dining room, and kitchen, offering the potential for one-level living. Two bedrooms, a full bath and workspace with two desks are on the lower level. Gas fireplaces add warmth and ambiance in fall and winter. Air conditioning cools the home in spring and summer.
Outdoors has a large deck, a grill, a hot tub, basketball hoops, a fire pit, wide open spaces, and a small forest. Deer, quail, wild turkey, and other native wildlife frequent the property year-round.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home, five acres, and the private road for walking. The large driveway has room for parking four or more cars. An all-wheel-drive vehicle is necessary during seasonal weather. Fall and winter seasons bring breezy weather and snow fall. Expect occasional mud during rain or after thaw. In extreme icy conditions chains may be needed. The road and driveway are plowed when there is snow.

The home is on a small mountain (3177 ft elevation) in Spokane's South Hill area.
Set in a private hillside neighborhood of similar homes on acreage and located on a 1.5-mile private gravel road, this 4-bed, 3.5-bath Northwest Contemporary view home is one of the original residences built at the top of the mountain.
Nearby restaurants and grocery stores have pick-up and delivery services. Uber serves the area. South Hill grocery stores, coffee shops, restaurants, gas stations, transit, and amenities are just a drive down the mountain (1.5 miles).
