Guests can park in the driveway which is long enough for 2 cars. An additional car can park on the street.

House Rules:

No smoking in the house and within 10 feet of a doorway outdoors.

No parties and no events allowed. No extra guests other than those listed.

Upon departure please remove used sheets and towels and put them on the floor of the bedroom.

Please load dirty dishes into dishwasher and turn it on prior to departure.

Please put trash in trashcan outside of garage.

Up to 2 dogs allowed; no vicious breeds. Other pets? Please ask about specific policies. There is a doggie “poop” station in the back yard with bags and a small trash can. Please pick up after your pet. Please empty the can before you depart by putting the bag into the trash bin in the garage.


Please make sure garage door is closed upon departure.

Please clean BBQ prior to departure.

Extra cleaning fees will be charged if BBQ is not cleaned or if house requires additional cleaning services.

Otherwise, please leave the house as you found it.
