- Fully stocked kitchen with all cookware, utensils, bakeware, and even some goodies on the dining room table for you!

-Full coffee bar with a 12-cup coffee maker as well as a single-serve Keurig.
-The home is fully fenced, perfect for bringing your dog with you while on vacation or a work trip!
-This home is multi-level, with the bunk room in the basement, the living room up a few steps, and the dining room has three steps to get to it. The three other bedrooms are located upstairs.

We have a smart lock on the front door which I will give you a personal code to the day before check-in.
- We ask that you only lock the smart lock and not the doorknob, as that will lock you out of the house entirely.

I am available to help with any questions you might have during your stay and can offer great local bites and hangouts! I keep my work phone on me at all times in case you need to get in touch with me!

-Derby is very family-friendly and has some beautiful parks to go check out, a sand volleyball/pickleball complex, and Field Station Dinosaurs for the little ones!
-Centrally located in Derby, a cute, quiet neighborhood that's just a hop, skip, and a jump (20 minutes) away from downtown Wichita.

-The city of Derby is in a quiet suburb of Wichita, with new local businesses sprouting up all the time!
- If you need to stop and grab some groceries or forgot a few items, there is a grocery store right up the road from us!

-We are located just off Meadowlark Drive and Longhorn Drive. Just up the street from Meadowlark is a major road known as Rock Road.
-Garage is open to guests and the driveway can park three cars.
-We are just a short drive from many cities including downtown Wichita, Mulvane, and Goddard.
-The Dwight D. Eisenhower Airport is a 22-minute drive from our house.
-10 minutes from the McConnell Air Force Base.
-18 minutes from the Century II Performing Arts Center.
