Spacious 4 Bedroom Character Home in Pontcanna! - Cardiff

This meticulously decorated Salt & City Stays property combines contemporary comfort & unique character, ensuring an unforgettable stay. 1 mile from the Principality Stadium, Cardiff station & the city centre, our location offers both tranquillity & convenience, with an array of independent shops, cafes, and bars in this trendy neighbourhood, in this sought-after location.

Our favourite part of the house is the kitchen diner, a beautiful open plan area, with fantastic art, modern furniture and excellent lighting. This is the ideal place for the whole family to spend some quality time, and have dinner over the dining table that comfortably fits six people. The kitchen is recently renovated, super modern, with lots of space to prepare an amazing roast or a gorgeous Christmas dinner as it’s fully equipped. There’s an outside courtyard/garden with doors opening from the kitchen/diner, it has a table with chairs for you to enjoy breakfast on a sunny day. The main living room is at the front of the house and is a modern and fresh area to chill and watch TV. There is a second living area with a sofa to sit and read a book.

The bedrooms are located over the first and second floor. The main bedroom has a king size bed and lots of space with nice big windows that let lots of light in. The second bedroom has again a king size bed with plenty of space and storage for your stay. The third bedroom has a double size bed, storage space and a clothes rail. The fourth bedroom is located on the second floor which is very spacious with Velux roof windows that let lots of light in. There are two fully equipped bathrooms, one with a bath and the other one with a shower. They’re beautifully decorated and new, in line with the rest of the house.

Guests have private and exclusive use of the whole property.
