Parking for 5 vehicles at the home. No street parking. No campers, trailers, boats, or other recreational vehicles per community rules. Golf carts allowed.

Beat Saturday traffic by arriving early and using community amenities before 4pm check-in (summer). Enjoy the fitness center, tennis & pickleball, playground, basketball & volleyball, planned activities (seasonal), and three community pools (seasonal)—including one at the main entrance with a snack/drink bar. In-season trolley/shuttle takes you and your gear to the beach and drops you back at the house after.
