**9PM Quiet Hours Guests MUST be inside at 9PM** This is a county wide rule for ALL vacation rentals in Sonoma County. Rules are strictly enforced...trust me, if we didn't have to we wouldn't but we wouldn't be able to host you without a permit! :)
This is a quiet neighborhood with neighbors close by so please respect our neighbors.
There are no Weddings, Events or Parties allowed at any time.
No Music allowed Outdoors at any time. This is also a Sonoma County Ordinance for all vacation rentals.
The Pool is heated over 80* in the summer months May-October 1st. Can be heated Oct-May for $150 per day.

"SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT NOISE --VERY VERY IMPORTANT
Sonoma has very strict rules about noise and short-term rentals. These are “good neighbor laws” that balance the needs of short-term rental guests and long-term residents who live in Sonoma year-round.

Amplified Sound. No outdoor amplified sound shall be permitted. If you want music, it must be played from inside the unit. We have an Amazon Alexa that will play any style/type of music and does provide some amplification and we put it in the kitchen window with the window open [before 10 p.m. only].
Noise Limits. All activities associated with the transient use shall meet the general plan noise standards. Quiet hours shall be from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. unless otherwise allowed by use permit.
Outdoor Fire Areas. Outdoor fire areas shall be extinguished as soon as it is no longer in use or by 10:00 pm, whichever is earlier.

SMOKING
As a reminder, there is absolutely no smoking in the house. We ask that should you or a guest smoke outside that all associated trash be extinguished with water and placed in the external garbage cans."
