With sleeping accommodations for 2, this cozy, newly renovated home sits on Oxoboxo lake and boasts a beautiful, bright interior design, spectacular views, a large deck with outdoor furniture, a backyard beach area and a private dock. Enjoy your ideal couples’ vacation at this lovely lakefront cottage!

Natural light and stunning views of Oxoboxo Lake from the home’s wall-to-wall windows welcome you as you enter the 650 square feet of open-concept living space.

A comfortable sectional couch faces the flat screen TV in the living room, perfect for curling up to a movie, reading a book and drifting off for an afternoon nap in your downtime.

Follow the main living area into the sunroom, where you can sit on the chaise lounge chair and look out on the lake while playing your favorite tunes through the in-ceiling speakers.

Head to the spacious, fully equipped kitchen where well-kept appliances and new concrete counters provide everything you’ll need to prepare home-cooked dinner with your loved one. Uncork a bottle of wine and enjoy romantic, memorable dining experiences.

You’ll want to spend most of your time at the property outside, grilling out on the large deck, relaxing on the beach furniture in the sandy area around the dock, and finishing your nights with a bonfire in the firepit.

Retreat inside and drift to sleep in the comfortable master bedroom. Wake up, wash off in the pristine bathroom, then prepare for your daily adventure.

Unwind and forget the stresses of everyday life by driving to Mohegan Sun. Explore the fine dining and shopping in the area, and play your favorite games at the Casino.

House Rules

Any evidence of the following will result in immediate eviction with no refund or compensation of any kind:

No Events - Guest(s) agree to not use the premises for any event, including but not limited to gatherings or parties of any kind, such as birthday parties, holiday events or parties, reunions, weddings, bridal or baby showers, fraternities / sorority functions, school, church or civic groups activities, nor any commercial activities or purpose that violates any criminal law or governmental regulation.

No Smoking / Vaping anywhere on the property, including inside the house. Smoking allowed outside by fire pit ONLY. Butts are to be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on the property.

Refundable Damage Deposit

A refundable contractual deposit of 300.00 is required. If the following provisions are met, your deposit will be returned to you within (10) days of your departure.
1) No damage is done to the home or contents.
2) No linens or household items are missing or stained. If something breaks or gets stained you MUST notify us or replace with like wise item. This includes any and all linens. If you stained it please replace it!
3) Check out is no later than 10 am (see above).
4) House has not been smoked in and no pets were inside or outside the premises.
5.) House is left just as you found it and there is no spillage on furniture or carpets that need professional cleaning. No stained or ruined linens.
6.) All rules are followed and exit checklist has been done.
7.) You have not canceled your stay.
8.) Max occupancy has not been exceeded and no pets have been on the property.

If a guest brings a pet on property without prior notification or invites additional guests not listed above without prior notification, it will result in immediate eviction and forfeiture of rental time, rental payment and security deposit. We also need the names of every guest staying at the time of booking.
Please note no refunds for falsified booking (name, age, group size etc). All guests must be know at time of booking. We reserve the right to charge extra fees for additional guests/visitors during your stay.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel more than 60 days before check-in, your deposit (first payment) will be returned less 300.00 processing fee. If you cancel less than 60 days you will forfeit all payments made. If you cancel less than 30 days before check in, you will forfeit full payment. The first day of the rental, there will be no refunds for any reason.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason. No cancellations due to weather.
A payment is required to hold your reservation. We must receive a personal check, money order or payment by credit card for the deposit within 7 days of initial booking. Once it is received, your dates are officially reserved.
The balance of the rental payment is due 60 and 30 days prior to check-in. Should you fail to send in payment or cancel a reservation before 60 days of arrival your booking will be cancelled and the deposit forfeited for non payment.

Notes

PETS: Pets are not allowed. Guests who bring a pet or pets will forfeit their security/damage/cleaning deposit and may be evicted from the property.

SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the cottage. Smoking allowed outside by fire pit ONLY. Butts are to be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy you will forfeit your damage/security/cleaning deposit. Please also note ANY smell of cigarette smoke is evidence of smoking inside, and cigarette butts left in sand or lawn is also evidence of smoking and is in violation of this agreement. • This is a completely smoke-free house. There is no smoking or vaping anywhere inside the property or near the doors so the smell comes inside. You will be charged an extra cleaning fee of $250 for smoke and $10 for picking up each cigarette butt.
We do not host events or other stays; we do not provide a venue for parties, ceremonies, family BBQ’s, workshops, social gatherings or business meetings.
