This unit is a third floor walk-up at the top of a triplex. It’s clean & fresh but the building is 100+ years old, so it’s imperfect.

Third floor of a triplex house. This unit is the whole third floor. Guests have private use of the space with secure smart lock entry via indoor stairway. Back yard is shared. Hot tub is shared but doesn’t get a lot of use so most guests can use it without others.

The unit is on the third floor. The laundry is in the basement, which is a shared space. Parking is behind the house. The hot tub, parking area, BBQ grill and picnic tables are shared space. The fire pit is also a shared space.

I live ten minutes away and the cleaning crew are on site almost every day. We can easily provide extra linens and towels and are just a phone call away for emergency. I do have three young kids, so I can be busy with them at dinner/bedtime (5-8 pm) but if you call my cell I usually answer.

Amazing walkable residential neighborhood. Just a half mile to Lake Erie, where you can enjoy sunsets at the park. Also a half mile to tons of restaurants, night life and Starbucks. Super quiet street. Free on-street parking. Quiet area.

This is a family house. We cater to families with kids. We expect quiet hours after 8 pm. Please don’t book it for a group of college kids who will wake up others’ kids or to smoke pot, as the smell will greatly upset parents with kids sleeping downstairs. We are quick to evict parties and pot-smokers.
