Nestled just a few steps from the refreshing waters of the Adriatic, this delightfully peaceful retreat with big outdoors and air-conditioned interiors is perfect to spend a laid-back vacation on the alluring Kvarner Bay. The exteriors of the apartment feature a private, fenced garden with a number of spots to enjoy the Mediterranean weather and spend time together without any outside interruptions. There is a big wooden terrace with alfresco dining and BBQ to enjoy get-togethers, sun loungers to sunbathe in tranquillity, and another terrace with seating just outside the living area of the hillside retreat.

The 4-bedroom apartment is spread over two floors, with the lower level dedicated to an ideal, open-plan living space with direct terrace access and an L-shaped sofa seating with a flat-screen HDTV to unwind indoors. Right next to the sofa is the dining table that will seat the entire group comfortably, and the kitchen of the apartment, which is equipped with everything you will need. A dishwasher microwave, coffee machine, oven, toaster, and fridge are available to ensure a completely carefree stay here.

Sleeping

All four bedrooms of the apartment are comfy and spacious and feature a double bed and wardrobe. However, one of the double bedrooms also has a single bed.

Bathroom 1: The generous-sized bathroom has a bath with shower, WC, and bidet.

Location

The holiday apartment is ideally located in the town of Lovran to enjoy a carefree beach vacation and exploration of Kvarner Bay. The sea is just a 10-minutes walk from the holiday apartment, meanwhile, the old town centre of Lovran is 15-minutes away. The apartment is also a short walk from a dog-friendly beach and a hypermarket, which facilitates a convenient self-catered stay. Besides, the trail leading to the mountain of Učka is within a few minutes' walking distance from here.

At Lovran, guests can check out the lovely Lungomare Coastal Promenade that will directly connect them to the popular town of Opatija just by walking. The promenade is also suitable for those who want to unwind on some hidden beaches and coves of the bay. While in Lovran, a must-see for the guests are the frescoes of St. Juraj Church.

For longer day trips, the amazing Island of Krk and its beaches is a convenient 1-hour drive from here! The nearest international airport is in Rijeka, approximately a 45-minutes drive away.
