Completely redesigned second floor ocean view villa in the heart of Hilton Head's main beach. Everything in the place is new. Comfy King Bed, beautiful kitchen, stand up shower, new flooring, counter tops and much more. Completely remodeled in the spring of 2019. All in walking distance to Coligny Plaza and the Tiki Hut.

Can only occupy 1 parking spot. There are spots under the building that can hold 2 vehicles, but all parking is 1st come. Only 1 parking permit will be issued. Lot can fill up, don't block anyone in.

Policies and Rules

Check In: 4PM - Flexible

We have a security gate to get in the parking lot and an electronic lock on the door. The code to each will be messaged to you the morning of your arrival. There is no assigned parking, but do not block anyone in. You are in the building on the Left, use either of the 2 gates on the Left to enter. Your parking pass will be in the unit. If security is present, tell them that you are just arriving and need to go up to get your pass. The pass must be on your vehicle’s dashboard during your stay. To enter the condo type the code and manually turn the deadbolt, do the same to lock it. Let me know if you need anything and have a great vacation!

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check-in. If booked fewer than 30 days before check-in, full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days before check-in. After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check-in. No refund after that.
