Our stunning Sea Pines property is the ultimate destination for relaxation and fun! With luxurious amenities, beautiful decor, and a prime location just minutes from the beach, this is the perfect place to unwind and create unforgettable memories. Whether you're looking for a romantic retreat or a family vacation, our spacious and peaceful home has everything you need. Our newly purchased, beautifully updated Sea Pines home on Hilton Head Island has all new furnishings, light fixtures, Smart TVs, and hardwood floors throughout the main living areas. There are two dedicated living spaces as well as two separate work spaces. The perfect getaway spot for friends, families or the remote worker! Our home is located on a quiet street in a peaceful neighborhood, with beautiful tall live oak trees. You will love the convenience of the location! The bike paths right behind our home make for easy access to all Sea Pines has to offer. We are less than half a mile to the Sea Pines forest preserve and Lawton Stables. We are a beautiful 2 mile bike ride from the Harbour Town lighthouse and a 2.5 mile bike ride to Sea Pines Beach Club. We welcome families, snowbirds and work from home professionals among many others!

Upon entering our home you will be greeted with lots of natural light. To the right of the front door is a sitting room, complete with a sleeper sofa and comfortable work station. Walking through this area, you will find an open-concept floor plan with a large main living area featuring a comfortable sofa and loveseat, a large relaxing leather chair and Smart TV. (The fireplace is not for guest use). Off the main living area you will find sliding doors that open up to a private deck which can be accessed from the master bedroom, dining room and living room. Our deck has two rocking chairs and a side-table perfect for enjoying your morning coffee and taking in the sights and sounds of the neighborhood.

Our single level home and open floor plan makes entertaining a breeze! You will find that our kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal; new stainless steel pots and pans, a keurig, drip coffee pot, cold brew coffee maker, blender, pizza stone, mixing bowls and more. The dining room table seats 6 with extra seating at the breakfast bar. Here you will also find basic starter supplies including paper towels, dish soap, kitchen cleaning towels and dishwasher pods.

The master bedroom is located just off of the living area. This bright airy room has a comfortable king bed, Smart TV, views of the backyard, a private bathroom and a huge walk-in closet. The master also has a second work station with a high back desk chair; perfect for those who want to wake up early and get some work done without disturbing others! Connected to the master bedroom you will find the master bathroom. It boasts a double vanity area, a walk-in shower and a separate soaking tub.

The two guest bedrooms are located to the left of the front door. The first room has a queen bed, Smart TV, and a large closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed, Smart TV, large closet, a bookshelf with many games and access to a screened-in porch with plush furniture, a GoSports Hook 21 Swing Game and a flat screen TV that has a Roku adapter. Lastly, to make your stay more enjoyable you will find a bookcase filled with games and activities for all ages!

The laundry room consists of an easy to use washer and dryer and utility sink, as well as cleaning supplies. You will find other cleaning items and a vacuum in the closet, if needed. Don’t worry about packing beach gear, you will find our laundry room closet is stocked with a beach wagon, an umbrella, 4 beach chairs and sand toys for your little ones! After a day at the beach you can wash out your suits in the laundry room sink and hang your towels and suits on the drying rack. Please do not hang towels to dry off of the back deck. Utilize bathrooms, the dryer or our drying rack to dry items. After your stay, we would appreciate it if you could return all of the beach gear items to their spots! Thank you for your help with this.

Under the carport, you will find a propane gas grill. Please wheel the grill out from under the carport while cooking and help our housekeeping staff by cleaning the grill after each use with the brush that is provided!

Bed & Bathrooms: Fresh Linens are provided for the king, two queen beds, and the queen pull-out sofa. You will find the bathrooms stocked with bath mats, bath towels, hand towels, a hair dryer, soap, shampoo and conditioner.

Pool Access: Guests will have access to the Harbour Town Pool, daily from 9AM to sunset. Located at 1 Lighthouse Lane. Directions from our home to the pool are provided.

Free High-Speed Wifi, Keyless Entry, and Smart TVs. (All Roku TVs are BYOS)

The easily accessible bike paths can quickly get you to the beach, the Sea Pines Beach Club, Lawton Stables, Harbour Town or the Sea Pines Center. A free trolley service is offered seasonally as well.

Sea Pines Plantation is Hilton Head Island’s original and largest planned resort. While it is currently the home of the annual Heritage Golf Tournament, it is the abounding natural beauty of Hilton Head Island that beckons one to return again and again. Five miles of white sandy beach offer swimming, sailing, parasailing, kayaking, and fishing. For the land lovers, there are 14 miles of bike paths, 3 golf courses, tennis, and a broad range of shops and restaurants that will please every vacationer.
