Scandi Inspired 4 Bed House (Sandbanks Pass Incl.) - Prince Edward

We invite you to stay in our beautiful four-bedroom duplex located in the heart of Prince Edward County. This listing includes two 2-bedroom suites - perfect for groups looking for their own space.

A one-minute walk to Main Street in Picton and a 15-minute drive to Sandbanks Provincial Park. This space has two fully stocked kitchens, two bathrooms, two dining rooms, two living rooms and two laundry sets.

The kitchens are fully stocked with coffee, tea, spices and light breakfast items. We love to cook and have included ceramic dishes handmade in Portugal from Fable and knives from Kilne. Please feel free to use them all, they are provided for your enjoyment. Each apartment has their own kitchen and dining room with four chairs.

The living rooms host a flat-screen TV with Netflix.

The four bedrooms have luxurious Helix Sleep mattresses and Brooklinen bedding. Each unit has one queen bed and one double bed.

There is a smart lock on both unit doors - you'll be provided with the codes prior to arrival.

The home hosts two separate suites and is perfect for multi-generational families or groups of friends when both sides are booked.

The staircase in each unit is steep, which could be a challenge for some guests. The house it 1 and 1/2 stories and both bedrooms do have a slanted ceiling. This is not generally an issue for most guests.
