Discover one of the few remaining ground-level homes on St. George Island! Sandpiper Cottage is a charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat perfectly positioned on the corner of 5th and East Gorrie, directly across from a deeded beach access boardwalk.

Step inside to find beautiful tile flooring flowing throughout this thoughtfully designed home. The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen areas create an inviting space for gathering and entertaining. Relax in the living room's comfortable seating while enjoying your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV. The dining area features a rustic distressed wood table with bench seating, perfect for family meals and game nights.

The well-appointed kitchen boasts a convenient breakfast bar, bright cabinetry, elegant granite countertops, and modern stainless steel appliances – everything you need to prepare delicious meals during your stay.

Both bedrooms offer queen-size beds and flat-screen TVs for your comfort. Additional sleeping space is provided by a low-profile bunk bed (2 twins) located off the living room. Each of the two bathrooms features convenient walk-in showers.

Step outside to your private paradise! A covered porch and expansive sundeck overlook the stunning pool area, with plenty of seating for relaxation and conversation. The private pool is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and an extensive patio.
